The Human Resource Department (HRD) would like to announce opening of the following position at LUMS:
Administrative Assistant – SDSB-Administration Services
The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for performing activities relating to communication and coordination, including typing various documents, such as emails, announcements, minutes, reports, etc .To play a customer service role and perform critical record-keeping activities. Assisting faculty members in collection of material for their research projects. Assisting in planning and coordinating various activities at the departmental and/or school level. The candidate should have 4 Years Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institute having at least 2 years of work experience and a strong command over Microsoft Excel.
